So thanks to my readers I decided to challenge myself by seeing how many different ways I could style a white shirt and jeans and do it in a way that was relevant to fashion themes. So this week I focused on menswear and borrowed a white shirt from Calvin’s collection. Channeling Leandra Medina, from the Man Repeller, I wrapped the front of the shirt instead of buttoning it, tucked it in and let the back hang out. The final touch was leaving the sleeves long so that they covered my hands. I also liked the way they kept falling into origami shapes giving me that Japanese feel that I love. Styling the shirt this way required high waisted jeans and higher heeled sandals. This day we were hanging out in the Bronx. I love finding hidden gems in the middle of nowhere and right in the midst of warehouses and under the Bruckner Expressway is a fabulous place for brunch: Mott Haven Bar & Grill.

Oh my, you with that mural and the sleeves are on fleek…

fleek meaning, on point, cool or swavy.

Great job with this and yes a white shirt is such a great staple I bought one recently at Zara. Still need to style and post it.

Love this look on you! Killin’ it. Men’s shirts look so much better than women’s honestly.
